The Kinks

Life on the Road The Kinks

Like most mid-1960s British Invasion rockers, the Kinks started out as an R'n'B group before venturing into sardonic, Beatles-esque pop and quintessentially English rock operas and concept albums. This documentary offers a critical review of the Kinks' legendary career through rare live performance clips and interviews with critics and musicologists.
