For many, the 8-bit and 16-bit computers of the 1980s were the first digital devices of their lives. But its not only the technology inside that has become cult, but also their external design. Photographer Reiner Silberstein has photographed these old-timers of computer technology in a breathtaking way: In the light painting technique. In doing so, he moves the light sources around the objects during a long exposure. The results are spectacular images that look as if they were part of a neon light installation.
