The first carousel turned in Germany in 1780. It still exists today and is located in Wilhelmsbad, in Hanau on the Main. Today, every now and then a carousel can still be found at folk festivals and provides nostalgic feelings. The photo artist Peter Roder has compiled and designed twelve enchanting pictures of nostalgic carousels, a beautiful calendar with pictures for the whole year for the friends of these impressive rides. This successful calendar has been re-released this year with the same images and updated calendar.
