This book is an examination of how I found the answers. This collection is a sample of my 'scratch paper' where I needed to express, moments I felt stuck in the process, moments I felt the most empowered, moments I had to start over and find the missing links as well as the moments I felt like abandoning the entire experience. Yet, every word is a reflection of my truth, my life, my experiencing and my healing. I welcome the readers to use my words as a 'cheat sheet', a reference, cliff notes and a resource to 'solve for X' in your own equations.
