Growing Pains is a small compilation of 45 selections of poetry and short prose Tegan Lee O'Neill has written since 2013. As you read, you'll find bits and pieces of fiction and fact, of her heart and her mind, and maybe even bits and pieces of yourself. Growing Pains deals primarily with all the different kinds of pain that come with growing up, from heartbreak to losing family members, as well as the personal struggle Tegan has faced with chronic pain. Her writing is complimented in this book with beautiful and original illustrations by Sonia Dearling.
