Clay Morris is a twenty-four-year veteran of the U. S. Military. After serving on active duty in the Army for over eleven years, he spent another thirteen years in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He retired in 2006 after he completed relief efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. His sincere hope is that the stories and recipes from his life inspire you to gather your family around the pit, kitchen table, or wherever works best, and create your own memories.
