Beach Journals is the story of 17 year old Bethany Wilson, who goes to the beach each year with her family. Every year since she was eight years old she has kept a beach journal. She writes about what she did on vacation and keeps souvenirs. During this year's vacation to Topsail Island in North Carolina, Bethany is looking forward to starting college and recovering from an abusive relationship. While on vacation, Bethany meets Seth, a 19 year college sophomore and fellow science enthusiast. Will Bethany be able to have a healthy relationship again and confront her past?
