First times can be hard. Really hard. And sometimes they happen a little later for some guys. Darren is in his early twenties, but doesn't know himself as well as he thinks he does. When his best friend Bill tells him a secret, it forces him to realize something about himself; something he had never even considered. But now, he is beginning to understand that sometimes we have secrets we keep even from ourselves. Slowly Darren begins to learn that self-discovery is not always an easy or comfortable thing. It's a gradual unfolding of his true nature, of his true desires. But it's not going to be easy. He's not going to change overnight. But bit by bit he explores these unfamiliar new desires. Bit by bit he comes to terms with his true feelings. As it is with so many people, his first time feels both dangerous and exciting. He learns what it means to be true to himself.
