As teens, the young jack boys started out hitting licks, developing a hunger for cash that couldn't be satisfied. In the streets of the Carolina's they become notoriously known as the Ghost Gang. This trigger-happy crew want it all, and don't mind taking it!!In the other lane, at the same time, another team forms, except the Black Boy Mafia is dedicated to the corner where their coke is moved. Brick by brick they begin to stack. But the women aren't the only ones watching their rise to the top. So are the feds, as well as the haters.
