The average Susi Air pilot will spend around one year as a First Officer on the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, before they upgrade to Captain. For us, it is quite literally a race against time to learn as much as possible, before we ourselves, are thrown into a cockpit with a brand new copilot who has very little flying experience.
