The author wrote, Dear Kylee, as a way to let her daughter and other girls know that they are not alone during these difficult teenage years. Utilizing humor, scripture and personal stories to teach valuable lessons about important topics such as making choices, friends, planning a future, kindness, courage, perfectionism, and being in tune with God, girls will be inspired to live their best lives. The author set out to write this book as a way to connect with her daughter and other young women in her life that she knows through family relationships, school and church.
