Fifteen years ago, in my early fifties, I discovered that I was suffering from erectile dysfunction. I scoured the internet for advice and assistance on the subject and was confused and overwhelmed by the massive amount of material I came across. I also sought help from the medical profession and consulted a wide range of specialists. I made some progress and learned a great deal about this demoralising condition. However, after five years or so, I had failed to find any any treatments or therapies that really worked for me. I was happily married and my wife was loving and sympathetic. Eventually it dawned on me that the only person who was going to come up with the answers I was looking for was me. This is the story of how I succeeded in overcoming this life diminishing condition with straightforward, non-invasive strategies that I worked out for myself; strategies that have succeeded in giving my wife and I a fulfilling sex life once more. At times the descriptions and explanations I provide are sexually explicit. I think it would be pointless to approach this subject in any other way. I believe my extensive experience will provide valuable information for any man who has erectile dysfunction. In addition, older men who might not be suffering from erectile dysfunction, but who are finding that their sexual performance is not what it was, will also find a great deal of relevant and positive information. When I first realised I had erectile dysfunction I was in despair. For a time things gradually got worse and I felt powerless to do anything about it. This book explains how I took back control.
