China is doing deals in Africa, quietly infiltrating the continent. African governments are willing to ignore any neo-colonial overtones in order to get their hands on the money - for the developmnet of their countries but also to line their own pockets. Influential parties in the west wish to curtail the impact of poaching on wildlife on that continent and the Chinese appetite for Africa's natural resources. To this end, they deploy a team of former special force snipers to discourage not only poachers but also the actions of a corrupt government that is heavily indebted to China.
