As per my experience while learning German, the experts somehow prefer to tell how to use an article with the assumption that the person reading this already understands what it is and is also well versed with English language. Instead I prefer that the users should understand "what are articles in German?" Then the application will be much easier. When we started learning German to our surprise, we noticed that English is nowhere similar to German more than being a good neighbor and that was all. Whereas, Sanskrit came much closer to German although it differed in the script. To me this is very natural as is the case from near past - the Turkish language, which abandoned the Arabic script in favor of Latin for geo-political gains (reasons). Though my beliefs reflect opinion of a large linguist community but are of little relevance in this book. German when compared vis a vis, Latin root languages and Sanskrit . It is much closer to Sanskrit. By assigning more letters to all sounds for practical purposes. This you will see as more pronounced as we advance in the language. No wonder it is called Indo-Germanic language. This is part of a book which in its current form is useful to the teachers and the students alike. I am in the process of compiling the information and knowledge from all possible sources. Students will be benefitted most who would follow the learning instruction and teachers if they base and design their learning and practice sessions as suggested herein. I have already put a compilation together. In its capsule form it has been a great success and students and teachers are finding it immensely useful. Its only on their demand I have decided to put it in an expanded format
