Designed as a time capsule, THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE explores the human condition through the eyes of a young queer person preparing to enter the world. Meant to be read as a devotional, this anthology explores five universal themes: Nature, Faith, Internal Struggle, Internal Strength, and Love. As a gay Christian, two traditionally non-intersecting identities, I explore each theme and display how it is possible to transcend our man-made divisions and discover how to live in peace and understanding. Each section is filled with poems and devotional pages dedicated to inspiring you to reflect on your own life and achieve a greater understanding of who you are and what makes you human.
