Butterfly, is a story about fear and misunderstanding people who are different than us. David Fuller, is a sensitive and gifted young writer. He suffers from schizophrenia yet has the potential to return to a normal life in the community. However, those plans appear dim, when he is accused of manslaughter and becomes the object of personal revenge jeopardizing his life.
