This is the seccond edtion of our popular book. As you can imagine we made a lot of mistakes in the first one! So this is the second one. We hope that this book will allow people to make mistakes. As Samuel Beckett wrote in his "Worstward Ho" novell - "Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better". So the spirit we support with this book is to allow people not to be afraid of errors, of showing them to others and contributing in other people's successes. Because we believe that learning through errors is faster than any other best practice learning style. Personally, we have always been skeptical to formal classroom learning because you usually receive all the methodology and tools in a big package when you don't actually need them at all in most cases. The book motivates and provides information on how to tackle big challenges. It also teaches the importance of not giving up, learning from defeats and being assertive.
