Getting bullied at school is a common problem nowadays and this book aims to show kids how to recognise bullying and how to deal with it.

The story is about Diego, a clever dodo, who gets bullied by a mean classmate and this affects all parts of his life whether he's at school, at home or when he's doing extra curricular activities. This makes him miserable and he loses interest in everything he used to like doing. The book is slightly long for younger kids but it was necessary to add enough examples of harassment for children to really understand what bullying is all about. This is a picture book so even without reading, the illustrations should be enough to guide a child through.

Parents can use this to educate their children or get them to open up and speak about issues they are facing.
