Position 1- rock forwards keeping elbow knee connection paying attention to you head for guillotinePosition 2- rock forwards with hip thrust forwards keeping elbow knee connection paying attention to you head for guillotinePosition 3- modified technical stand up with rear right leg pushing through behind you circling towards your right hand balancing on the mat behind you. Unwind and thread your right leg under your left leg to the starting point. Repeat both sides 10 times in a smooth no noise movement while breathing.
