Personally, I strongly believe that tomorrow's progressive and well informed leaders are today's effective readers. "Today a reader, tomorrow a leader." -Margaret Fuller. Being a leader anywhere, you should know that you will not become effective in your leadership going forward, unless you're an effective reader today. As a leader, don't wish to get to the coming days without reading. Reading must be the reason you should make part of tomorrow's top global leadership. I decided to compile some material to help readers to be more effective in their reading and non-readers to develop a passion to start reading. With the material, the aim is to outline the importance of reading and encourage people to start or continue reading and encourage others to do the same.
