A crazy scientist named Dr. Weisskopf has grown microorganisms 1,000,000 times their size to become monsters in order to take over the city of Garlington, Ohio after his ideas were shot down. After an amusement park called "Dog Land" was closed due to the germ monster takeover, 3 kids named Max, Tara, and Walter all set out to eliminate the germ monsters themselves with the use of squirt guns and water balloons filled with household cleaners.
