Life is never what we expect it to be and in one day it can all change. I truly had the best life, with a loving husband and two amazing sons. My life was perfect, then one word destroyed my perfect reality, shattered my heart and crushed my soul. My life completely changed that day-but through my journey, I found a strength I never knew I had, and a fight brewing deep within my soul for myself and for those that I love. I realized things happen in our lives we cannot control, but what I did learn was that I controlled how I chose to live my life. I made a choice, a choice that affected my entire family and rocked us to our core. But that choice also brought us closer and stronger. My choice is not a regret, I chose to live. If I had to go back in time, I wouldn't change a thing. This is my story! This is my fight!
