Privacy Guidance When Using Video In The Testing Industry Security Committee

The International Privacy Subcommittee of the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) Security Committee has prepared this Guide to help the testing industry understand the appropriate use of video monitoring and recording while conducting tests - and to prepare the necessary documentation to defend such uses. The Guide also provides a set of recommendations for developing documentation and good practices to enable use of video monitoring in light of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and privacy laws/regulations in other jurisdictions.
