This is my Personal Love Empowerment Life Flow that I have learned after 27 years in the Health and Wellness field. It combines my Masters of Public Health studies with a focus on Education, Bachelors of Science in Commercial Health Promotion experiences, and breakthrough wisdom and spiritual consciousness through teaching about Total Life Empowerment including newly developing areas of integration. It's much more than a self help book. It's my very personal experience from transforming fear and panic attacks to FLOW. It encompasses my years of personal teaching experience from fitness classes, yoga, dance, and meditation to Intuitive Life coaching and how everything is truly connected as One. Some Key messages are the Power to transform is truly within us as Carl Jung said, If we look outside we dream but if we look within we Awaken. Other messages include a Love Empowerment Flow with 10 phases of Deep Positive transformation which can be used to move effortlessly through Life changes in any area of life and finally experience real change from negativity. It's truly Heart opening wisdom which can help people use Love as a Super power to live the Life they were truly meant to and Align you with their Highest Self. Years ago I was once told by an Intuitive Life Coach, One day my whole Life would Flow. She was Right. I finally became aware of the Flow of Life and saw how Love was not just at the core and heart of everything but it was the actual flow itself. If we can understand more about how to connect deeper with love we will find how it can empower us to a life beyond this world in a magical effortless way so we can start to FLOW.
