In Italy on December 2, 2019, a group of five orcas (one male, three females, and a puppy) was sighted in the port of Genoa. They come from Iceland: the longest distance migration ever recorded for these mammals. When the baby stops breathing, the mother, Zena, spends several days trying to revive him. The orcas leave and are sighted first in Sicily and then in Lebanon, over 8,000 kilometers from Iceland. Why did they make such a long journey?
