How they tied into getting the affluent off Earth away from the plagues, and also how that Big Ass Rock came into existence because of our forces used to eradicate cannibalistic humans who escaped to a large asteroid and were going to declare war on another moon to expand their blood-thirsty empire for power and control. The United World Accord could not allow that so they had to be quickly eradicated with massive lasers. The Waring faction of blood-thirsty humans were quickly eradicated and the massive heating of the asteroid threw it out of its stabilized orbit...this fact was not realized till years later when it was determined that it was headed straight to Earth.
