A once-trusted United States general seeks revenge against his government by placing a deadly prototype jet in the hands of Venezuelan rebels who have fortified a silver mine. The rebels imprison American hostages in the mine and prepare a three-step attack on the United States: to shut down electrical grids, bomb strategic points with the jet, and release a drone squadron with a virus. A counter-terrorism team and a reluctant autistic savant with an untested humanoid are the only hope of rescuing the hostages and stopping the attack.
