I wrote this book to share with others; it is all about me and my bipolar illness. Not enough people understand what the mental illness is and how it effects one's life. There are parts that will make you laugh and parts that will make you cry. It reflects my present recollections of experiences over time. Some name and characteristics have been changed, some events have been compressed, and some dialogue has been recreated. It was written in a hypomanic state; I could not have written it any other way! I hope you learn from it and enjoy the style in which it was written.
