Stories left behind is a collection of short stories about a man's life and his family. This collection was discovered in a plastic storage container after he had passed. It is his recollection of his childhood, his family history, his friends and his adulthood. It is about growing up in San Diego, California and how his ancestors, who came from Croatia and Baja California were at the center of downtown San Diego around 1900 in what is referred to today as "The Gaslamp District".
