This book is written for the young adult that is just beginning to develop a curiosity about credit. The chapters are short, relatable, thought provoking and provide an overview of the importance of being financially responsible. Understanding the practical principles and applying them on a regular basis, will increase their knowledge base. The book walks the reader through many facets of establishing credit, from setting up a checking account, to understanding their FICO score, to figuring out what credit card and loan to apply for. Since we are all human and not perfect, it even covers what to do if they mess up. Establishing credit and learning to use it wisely early on can make the transition to adulthood much easier; whether going off to college or out into the workforce. Young adults need to be armed with the tools to make the right credit choices.
