Climate change, global warming, and environmentalism have taken to using the language of psychic breakdown. Words leading to generalizing, tribalism, and catastrophe are being used, leading to an inevitable end in psychic disorder. It seems, in the attempt to get people to care about the Earth, this movement has turned to using the old fire and brimstone rhetoric of religious fundamentalism. But the way to save the World's Soul, is to turn inward, towards your own Soul.
