Whether you're a survivor of abuse or a witness to a survivor, this book is for you. We've been exposed to so many forms of abuse that sometimes we just label it as something familiar. I'm not saying that everyone who reads this book has been or will be abused but many who pick it up will begin to have memory provoking moments that will lead them to times when they might have experienced abuse in some way. Being abused and lively is not always the end result. Many are left broken, angry, remorseful and confused. It doesn't have to be that way for you.
