In this story lies a nineteen-year marriage of an African American couple, where a wife embarks the massive journey of her life to support her husband through every inch of marital vows to include "in sickness and in health." Seddrick becomes very ill to the point of having multiple hospital visits, nursing home care, home health, due to chronic illness. Through faith, his wife is able to push through multiple obstacles, until one-day Seddrick is ready to let go. January 1, 2020, was an unforgettable painful morning, where Seddrick and his wife, embarked a love story of love at first sight, to now one losing the love of her life. Kornelia was left in complete shock, everything happening so fast, with no family to support until after it was all over. He let my hand go.
