From The Moon To The Sea M M Carter

Act I: The Symphony of the SeaStranded, lost at sea... awash with despair and hopelessness. Anger, pain and sorrow, all increase with the oceans swell. You try to find solace in natures embrace, washing your soul clean as the tide envelopes your wracked body. Each tear, a drop in the ocean, a memory to reflect upon. Act II: The Breaking DawnAs the sun sleeps you patiently await, a whisper, a sliver of moon. You wait and anticipate, even whilst knowing she will be absent tonight. Desolation and abandonment are your only friends of the hour. Your heart is breaking, weeping with loss and haunted by death. It is almost time to grow a new one. Act III: The Greatest Love Story"What is that sound?" you ask. That is your soul sighing with the breath of a new beginning, beneath the overflowing sky of a new moon. Now is not the time to be crying waterfalls into creation. Be still and watch unfold the greatest love story ever told - that of the Moon & her Sun. Act IV: The Grand FinaleExperience the sweet taste of freedom that can only come from letting go. Witness heart wrenching endings spool into blessed beginnings, as your heart, mind, body and soul sculpture pain into love. As seasons unfurl and tides ebb and flow, you become whole once again. This poet will take you on a tumultuous journey through life's highs and lows. She will tell you how no words can describe the beauty of the northern lights, a child's smile, the wonder of the world and outer space, the infinite space of the universe and a human mind. Don't believe her. She has all the words, right here. And now, so do you.- L. J. Diaz, Author
