This book was written by me, Beth, along with my nephew, Brent, who was diagnosed with Becker's Muscular Dystrophy at age twelve. It helped to explain the disease to our family and friends, and helped Brent come to terms with his disability. When he passed away last year at age 48, I felt it was time to share his story with a wider audience. I hope this little book brings some encouragement and information to not only those who have the disease, but to their friends and families as well.
