This documentary is the experience and rehabilitation of a Traumatic Brain Injury survivor. I wrote this personal Rehabilitation experience to and for families and caregivers to allow people to see what I myself went through, am going through and how I have recovered in such a great way by the lifestyle change of exercise. I discuss how exercise helped my cognitive process, memory, and so much more. There is hope, I am doing it! I'm so thankful.
