Women Preachers present three main arguments to support women's pastoral roles in the church. First: God's impartiality. God's impartial character demands that all members of the Body of Christ, including women, be treated with equity. God cannot discriminate against women based on their physical appearance, or their anatomy, because God does not show favoritism. Second, Spiritual Gifts. The Holy Spirit distributes the spiritual gifts for the edification of the entire church. As such, women participation in church pastoral leadership depends on the spiritual gifts they have received for the instruction of the Body of Christ, and not based on any external or physical criteria. Third: God's Oneness. The Trinity reveals God's unity in three Persons. Similarly, human marriage between a man and a woman reveals God's oneness in the husband-wife dichotomy. Additionally, God's unity is also shown in the church when all the members of the Body of Christ serve with equity for the edification of all believers.
