The Laudermere girls are four best friends, three are vampires, one is a witch. They live in the town of Laudermere which is rich in magical history. The story is written based on Rosaleigh Hart's diaries. Rosaleigh (Rose) is a kind-hearted, brave little girl who faces off with bullies with the help of her best friends Lylah, Charlotte and Josiah (Josie). In the second book of three, Rose and the girls discover that Rose's love interest Justin is not who he says he is. Josie's powers get stronger and she finally figures out where she came from. The girls also find out the identity of the White Witch.
