This book was written for anyone and everyone who has every felt the warmth of love and also, its' burn. For everyone who has felt numb or felt everything at once. It was written from years of an emotional roller coaster; one that I think everyone in this world has ridden at some point. For those who think that no one else has felt the way that they are feeling. For those who thought that they would never feel heartache. And for those who thought they would never feel love at all. Many of these words came from a place of hurt and anger but without those things, I would not be able to appreciate where I am now in life.
