Grieving and mourning, tragedy and death are normal human responses to the separation from loved ones. Our society has created a fearful and distorted myth of death that is both unhealthy and self-defeating. This mini-course teaches us how to honor and mourn in healthy ways, and then how to incorporate the separation from loved ones into our daily lives, so that we honor those we love and are no longer with us and keep their memories deep within our hearts!
