A less wasteful existence, one with fewer things to worry about and more time and money to enjoy the things you love. This is not yet another book on how to organize your wardrobe. I am not going to show you how to arrange the belongings on your shelves or how to optimize your kitchen storage. This book is about awareness. My goal is to help you understand why we grow attached to our possessions, why we compulsively purchase things that we don't need, and why it is so hard for us to let go of things. It is you who decides what to do with that knowledge.
