Nigeria that has helped the world justice system through the services of her illustrious sons like Justices Teslim Olawale Elias who rose to serve as President of the International Court of Justice, 1982 - 1985; Charles Dadi Umeha Onyeama, served as an Honourable Judge of the International Court of Justice, 1966; Emmanuel Olayinka Ayoola served as the Honourable Justice of the Court of Appeal of the Gambia from 1980-1983 and that country's Chief Justice 1983 to 1992 and also as the President of the Court of Appeals of Seychelles, is still feverishly struggling in the application of the law to put Nigeria's politics on a good footing.
