The Italian mafia is selling arms to ISIS in Syria in exchange for heroin. The American mafia is selling arms to the Italian mafia in exchange for heroin. The arms are stolen from American arms manufactures and from military storage depots. With very little capital investment by the American mafia, the flow of arms for heroin is pure profit for both the American and Italian mafia. CIA agents Peg O'Ryan and Marc Parker are assigned under cover in the Italian mafia. They both become paramours of male members of the family. Marc is gay. Their assignment is to disrupt the flow of arms and heroin or in the best case, destroy the flow.
