I talk about the process to rewire our mindset and letting go of our past negative impressions and replace them with new positive ones. Our unconscious mind plays a vital role to our very existence and harnessing the power of the unconscious side will bring magical changes to our lives. When we feel angered by someone or by something it is our very own inner dark shadows at work and it is not that "someone" who needs to change rather its our own self that needs work to be done on.
