Fear is the state of being worried about something in our personal life that we are not capable enough to attain to some higher level of degree. It is human nature to be worry about personal life, loved ones and wellbeing. Fear reaches deep into our consciousness, allowing it so difficult to go off. When anyone permit it, the door to stress becomes open, allowing the way for numerous diseases, few of which can become deadly. People having low self-esteem are prone to fear easily and they find it difficult to understand that they can overcome any fear that comes their way and to know what to do in case they discern any related thing that brings fear to their life.
