Min. Annette Mellerson Hood, the 3rd child born to Charlie & Mattie Mellerson, Sr., entered the ministry in 1992 and never looked back. She was ordained in 2005 and has conducted many retreats, workshops, Seminars, and Conferences. Min. Hood, also pastored a small church in Jamestown, NY for 6 1/2 years until she became almost sick unto death with some "incurable disease" and until this day there is still no cure. She asked God 'Is my ministry over?' And for years, God was silent. Did I stop teaching and preaching? No. Sometimes from a wheelchair and sometimes standing with a cane in my hand, or leaning on a podium. God called me from the womb! God ordained me from the womb! The Bishops, the Elders, Education, and the congregation equipped her for so many things for which she is grateful. What she does now with pen and paper, is in hope that it will bring healing and help to those whom she would have never reached in her little circle of the world.
