An original drawing book based on some basic yoga positions. The images are simple and easy to color. Designed for children aged 3 to 6, but also suitable for older ones. Each illustration represents a yoga position that recalls cute little animals and is accompanied by a rhyming phrase, to make the children's approach to the world of yoga more enjoyable. Children are free to color the figures with their own imagination. Thanks to the help of an adult they can have fun practicing the most common yoga positions to be able to relax and meditate.
