All's well that ends well . . . Orphaned at eight-years of age after the death of his parents, Jeffery Seacrest is sent to Boston to apprentice with a clockmaker named Horace Pennyworth. Anita Cummings and her parents leave England to come to America to become indentured servants to Horace Pennyworth. Jeffery and Anita's paths cross at Mr. Pennyworth's home and they become fast friends. An unfortunate accident threatens Jeffery's apprenticeship until a miracle occurs from an unexpected source.
