The returning members of the Dauntless arrive home to find Earth disheartening and unresponsive to their new way of thinking. Their longing for the peaceful Utopian planet is the beginning of an impossible challenge to somehow return with their loved ones in tow. In addition, Earth is seized by a deadly pandemic which makes their impossible dream a necessity. Can they manage to find a way to access the ship, make it flight ready, and avoid revealing their intentions to NASA? Can they find a trustworthy Medical Officer who would be willing to leave everything behind and keep the secret? Would DImitri be able to join them when it seems impossible to bring his family? This book gives an idea of how mankind would have to change the very basics of its thinking to achieve the necessary ability to have a peaceful society and live in complete harmony with the environment. In order to achieve the Utopia that the Dauntless crew found on this planet in the Alpha Centauri system, Earth would need to return to a pre-industrial society, before the planet itself rebels and forces this change.
