Clear as HSP with dissociation Deni Iseli

As a highly sensitive child I had had a confusing childhood. And yet my mind and intuition continued to function properly. Thanks to my current therapy, I, as HSP, remember more and more things from my childhood that provide me with more and more information. Because it was not easy for me to grow up in a family with the presence of the mental illnesses PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS. I don't think my other family members realize that we were a dysfunctional family. Due to the presence of the above mental illnesses, it was and still is difficult to understand what was really going on. Now that I am 63 years old and making progress with my therapy, it is clear to me how my life has gone from birth to the year 2018. In that year I made one of my most important decisions: I no longer want to have contact with my other family members. My negative childhood prepared me to live the rest of my life in a more pleasant way. For me, as HSS, it is clear that as always I will be able to solve all my problems. I do not doubt that.
